Career Planning should start around age 14 we all go through around are five Biological Cycles: Young Adults (Birth to 20), Adults (21 to 41), Middle Age Adults (42 to 62), Mature Adults (63 to 83), and Elderly (84 to 104). During a life time, your goals and dreams will change many times based upon your experiences of what you want out of life. Each stage is unique and we all go through changes and challenges: Teenagers/Adolescence (14 to 20 years) You start to develop your own personality and the confidence to make your own judgments. (Ages 21-27)at this stage the focus should be, get a job, settle down, get married, and start raising your family .(only after you are sure that you can handle the responsibility of marriage and family) note: (A male should wait until he is around 26 until He gets married) (Ages 28-34) Your hard work should start paying off. It is a time of dramatic change - first marriages end, jobs or careers expectations change, significant financial debt, disappointments, and dramatic successes. (Ages 35-41) is a time of recommitment and staying focused. (The average age of a first time home buyer is 36 years old) (Ages 42-48) A period of reflection of are you where you want to be if not how can you get there. (Ages 49-55) This period is a time of thinking about retirement and having enough money that will allow you to live your present life still when you retire. (Ages 57-62) At this stage working on dreams ,start enjoying life, take vacations, visit with family and friends.
